CUSTOMER CARE

Here at Mockingbird Macarons and Pastries, I believe in listening to my customer’s wants, needs, and design ideas. While the end product is ultimately a design created by me, I will do all that I can to create the customers vision. If we cannot agree on a design idea, I will gladly assist in finding another baker with a similar vision.

If purchases are made at a market or off of any preset menu, items can always be returned for inspection and possible refund. I strive for excellence and accuracy of flavors and textures. If you are at all dissatisfied with the quality of the product, please reach out to me immediately.

PRIVACY AND REFUND POLICY

Mockingbird Macarons and Pastries, LLC will never collect personal data and information for use other than personal contact or collection of moneys due on orders. We will never sell your information or data.

If you are unhappy with the product/s in any way, you can return them to Mockingbird Macarons and Pastries for further inspection and discussion of a refund where necessary. If the product/s are discarded, the customer waives all rights to any refund. If the product was delivered, Mockingbird Macarons will provide pickup of the item/s in question.

A full refund policy is available within the contract when special orders are placed.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES, LARGE ORDER DISCOUNTS, AND STANDING ORDERS

WHOLESALE: All wholesale inquiries can be made through my contact form. Minimums will be based upon the flavor/s requested, and frequency of ordering. All wholesalers will be required to display my logo, carry my business cards on site, and allow me to attach branding to bags.

LARGE ORDER DISCOUNTS: Due to the nature of flavors having a large variety, large order discounts will be given at each quantity of 50 macarons ordered, but price breaks will vary by flavor. Contact for more information.

STANDING ORDERS: At this time, standing orders are only offered through the above measures. Subscription boxes are coming soon. Join my mailing list to stay in the know!

We do not accept Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp or any other monetary applications. We also do not accept personal checks.
